Personality: Dimitri is starting to think there's a murder gene inherent to shiny Pokemon. First, it was Grindy's battlelust.
And then he met Burry during the frantic race to find Chip, when the gust from Elshot's wingbeats disturbed the Pineco.... so he fell down and promptly exploded out of sheer fucking spite. He was caught almost more to keep him from starting shit, which he seemed almost determined to do.
Elshot does not like him. Burry does not like Elshot. Murder may eventually happen. Dimitri can only hope he figures out more of this angry little bug's damage and likes before that happens.
Besides that intense little rivalry, Dimitri seems to have made a good appeal to Burry. At the very least, Burry seems inclined to working alongside Dimitri in battle, even though he favors self-destructing way too god damn much. Whether he actually respects Dimitri as a trainer or just wants to get stronger to fuck Elshot up is anyone's guess.
Evolved shortly after Prom. This has not sated his desire to apparently murder everyone with him along for the ride.
